BOOKING DETAILS
Max occupancy: 8 people
Check in 4pm / check out 10am, although if we can accommodate an earlier check in / late check out we will.
Pool Heater: there is an additional £450 per week charge if pool heating is required.
No parties / No smoking inside
Prices include: bed linen, in-house and pool towels, all cleaning services pre and post stay, a mid-week house clean, and for stays longer than one week, a weekly linen change and clean.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
50% payment required at the moment of booking, with remaining 50% required 60 days before arrival.
For bookings within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required.
Cancellation policy: we offer a full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival when the final payment and security deposit are required. After this point cancellation is non-refundable.
Payment: we accept payment via bank transfer or Paypal (due to a change in Paypal policy, Paypal fees are non-refundable if you cancel your holiday).
Security deposit: £500 refundable security deposit required upon full payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided there are no major breakages/damage.
