IN THE PUGLIESE COUNTRYSIDE
Set back from the country lane and nestled in a small pine woodland, the villa is spread over two separate buildings: the original trullo and the main house.
The trullo is a traditional Apulian dry stone hut, while the main house is a modern villa that has been tastefully designed to complement the trullo.

THE MAIN HOUSE
The villa sleeps up to 6 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which is ensuite).
Stylishly finished to a very high standard, features include a large kitchen/dining room with a comfortable lounge area overlooking the terrace and pool, beautiful zellige floor tiles in the bedrooms and bathrooms and a handmade shaker style kitchen. It is furnished with a carefully selected mix of antiques and contemporary pieces that give the property a relaxed yet elegant simplicity.
FEATURES
A large fully equipped kitchen / diner / living space: this airy and light room has large dual aspect doors and windows looking out towards the terrace, grounds and pool. There is a dining table and chairs and comfortable sofa seating.

THE TRULLO
This is a traditional Pugliese building with metre thick walls and a conical roof. It has one bedroom (two double beds) and one bathroom, accommodating two adults or two adults and up to two children.
The two double beds are set back in alcoves (typical of trulli), in one open plan room. Please note this has a separate entrance and is situated just in front of the main house.
Please note, it isn’t possible to book the Trullo and main house separately.
THE GROUNDS
Trullo dei Pini is set back from the quiet country lane it is situated on and enjoys beautiful views overlooking almond and olive groves and the surrounding valley. It has extensive gardens with a large terrace for al fresco dining and lounging, lawns for games (or relaxing) and a step entrance pool. There is a plentiful supply of shade and numerous garden nooks for relaxing.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Private pool (10m long x 4m wide - Depth: shallow 0.8m - deep 2m), step entrance with 8 poolside sun-loungers and sun umbrellas.
Large covered poolside gazebo providing an all day shade option.
